    Sharp Solutions, Inc has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative for a new contract Task Order for the United States Geological Survey. The successful candidate will be able to provide support to complete orders, check status of orders, find appropriate products based on customer needs, research and document return issues and provide return instructions, and other sales or customer service type issues. Calls that cannot be handled by the call center will be transferred to an appropriate representative. Additionally, orders and questions will be processed by fax and email communication. This is a full-time position located in Lakewood, CO. Roles and responsibilities include: 


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide hardware and software support for Windows and Mac desktops and laptops
  2. Configure, test and install printers, scanners, network copier/printers
  3. Use computer images to install and configure laptops and PCs
  4. Ensure latest approved BIOS and patches are applied to PCs and laptops
  5. Support users with file shares and permissions issues
  6. Track, log and report each service request
  7. Travel required once a month of Reno, NV and Portland, OR.
  8. Other duties as assigned
 
Skills & Experience:
  1. 1 - 2 years related experience
  2. 6 months experience with a vocational technical school certificate (CompTIA A+ Apple support)
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills
  4. Knowledge of Windows operating systems
  5. Strong experience supporting iOS and macOS up to Monterey
  6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  7. Excellent documentation, collaborative and communication skills, both written and verbal
  8. Strong analytical skills and a creative self-starter
  9. Ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner
