JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To conduct Technical Training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, workflow, and reports.
  • Supervise the trainees throughout the whole training process to ensure compliance with Client policies and procedures and to ensure that training objectives are fulfilled.
  • Perform special project work as assigned by the overall Program Manager
  • Candidate may need to travel domestically when required to deliver Instructor Led Training or when delivering multi-day recurrent training sessions in the training facilities.
  • Reports directly to the site’s Sr Program Manager
  • Partners with the Fed PM and COR for their assigned area new team members that needs training administration. 
  • To design technical training manuals by identifying and describing information needs
  • Develop assessments to measure effectiveness of learning material and impact on performance.
  • Ability to relay technical information in a concise and simple format for trainees.
  • Perform needs-based analysis and review of current training programs.
  • Create basic course materials including presentations and manuals/guides.
  • Work with Vendor to facilitate training documents and best practices. 

Job Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s in a technical discipline, computer science, engineering, design, business, communications, etc
•    Experienced with pc computer applications and skills
•    Maintain operating procedures and processes 
•    Proficient with computers and software such as Microsoft Office suite
•    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills
•    Exemplary ability to render training as well as follow up 
•    Develop learning objectives, evaluations criteria and general course outlines for the curriculum

•    Collaboration with the Government and all stakeholders. 
•    Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and professionalism
•    Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining short response and resolution times.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office products.  Candidates having prior experience administering trainings around the use of Remedy will be given top consideration.
  • 5+ years’ experience in subject and training
  • Flexibility - to be able to meet the requirements of the business.
  • Resilience – being prepared to go the extra mile in a demanding environment.
  • High level of ownership skills
